Mike Menard is the cream of the crop when it comes to neutral arbitrators in WNY litigation. His fairness, impartiality, sense of value, and ability to achieve resolution is legendary in the legal community. Mike applies the same skills when working as a mediator. Mike is often able to bring to resolution cases in which settlement does not appear to be feasible at the onset of mediation.

I would highly recommend Michael as an attorney, arbitrator and or mediator. Michael is a hard working attorney with standards we can all aspire to. As an arbitrator/mediator I found him to be fair and reasonable to all parties. In addition, his work as an attorney is impeccable.
