About Michael Menard
Mike has been resolving matters pending in state and federal courts as an arbitrator or mediator since 2001. After conducting more than 3,000 mediations, he is proud to boast a consistently high settlement rate.
As a seasoned lawyer with more than 35 years experience in the litigation and trial of personal injury claims, Mike has lectured on the topic of ADR on behalf of the Erie County Bar Association and the Erie Institute of Law, as well as given in-house presentations at these institutions.

Fee Schedule
MEDIATION
Non-Federal/Private
$350 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum
Federal

ARBITRATION
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no cancelation fee if the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled session time. However, if the mediation is not cancelled or rescheduled at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled session time, the parties will be charged 100% of the minimum fee.
BILLING MATTERS
The mediator’s fees will be paid by the parties and will be divided equally between you unless otherwise indicated. The attorneys for the respective parties will be responsible for the payment of all mediation fees. All invoices are due upon receipt. Payments should be made in accordance with the payment instructions on the invoice. Counsel for each party is financially responsible for timely payment of all mediation fees.
